As a boutique firm, SKP creates and delivers strategic practical solutions for corporations and individuals, advising clients in various financial matters. Initially formed as an advisory firm to assist in the areas of corporate finance, international tax, and risk management, SKP has recognized additional needs, and extended its services to the areas of corporate communications and governance. SKP has helped companies in a wide range of fields, including: aviation, biotechnology, commodities, media, technology and real estate.

Liran Amir - Managing Partner

Prior to founding Sakura Partners in 2017, Liran Amir had spent nearly two decades serving public and private corporations in various positions, including accounting, finance, tax and corporate strategy roles, across the United States and Israel

After starting his professional career in accounting — specializing in international tax at Arthur Anderson and Ernst & Young — Liran later transitioned to work in several corporate finance and strategy roles, eventually serving as the Director of Corporate Development for Xsight Systems, a leading technology company in the aerospace and defense industry.

Mr. Amir holds a BBA in Accounting and Information Systems and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Wisconsin.
